My Drap Napkins on a roll
About a month ago, the Denver Post carried a story about a new product line consisting of regular and cocktail napkins that you buy on a roll. You tear one off and after 4-6 uses, you just throw it away. I ordered about $200 worth of product based on that review. However, my wife does not like the concept and asked me to return them. When I called to get return instructions, they told me that: There is a 15% restocking fee They do not give refunds - only exchanges. I checked and this is buried on their website.
